Medicaid Subsidized Services

M-CEITA, Michigan’s Regional Extension Center, is contracted with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to help qualified Medicaid providers achieve Meaningful Use. Medicaid providers enrolled in the EHR Incentive Program with 30 percent or greater Medicaid population are qualified to receive technical assistance for a highly subsidized cost. To date, our program has helped nearly 4,000 providers in Michigan achieve Meaningful Use.

It’s not too late to get enrolled in the program and get started. Providers in the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program are eligible to receive up to $63,750 by meeting all of the Meaningful Use incentive measures in each stage. Plus, with our assistance, we can help you achieve these goals with guided technical assistance.

Our experts will guide you through the process, so you can:
  • Leverage your electronic health record (EHR)
  • Achieve Meaningful Use
  • Receive your incentive payments
  • Focus on patient care

M-CEITA subsidized funding for EHR adoption and/or implementation includes:
  • A dedicated implementation specialist assigned to work with your office
  • A customized plan to adopt/implement/optimize your EHR system
  • A review of your workflow design, offering best practice options for improvement
  • A thorough review and education on how to achieve Meaningful Use
  • A security risk assessment and pre-audit checklist to ensure compliance

For providers who receive Medicare payments, it’s more important to sign up now than ever. Starting in 2015, CMS will take a one percent payment reduction for any provider who is not a meaningful user on any Medicare payments.

Don't miss this opportunity to gain incentives and receive subsidized assistance.
